From the first communication I had with Roger and Jane I felt like my business was really valued. Roger came very quickly to do an in-person estimate and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Other companies charged a non-refundable deposit just for a quote and when given a “ballpark” amount it was astronomical compared to Backyard Paradise. I also liked that we were able to see their product already built at their location on Portage.
They managed to get our project done several months ahead of what they promised. The crew that put our sunroom together was awesome. They were so friendly and professional and were very efficient. You could tell they loved what they did and took great pride in their work. Super happy with the result and would use them again for future projects. We are also happy to support local as their products are from Manitoba as well. I highly recommend Backyard Paradise; you won’t be disappointed!
