Building... A Better Way
Designing a great sun-space begins with ensuring that the design compliments your existing home.
Our Designers work diligently to seamlessly integrate your new sun-space onto your home.
Owning a sunroom is only beneficial if it suits your needs. Designing the perfect sunroom means understanding your lifestyle and how you want to use the space.
If you have large family gatherings every weekend a 100 square foot room is not going to cut it.
We spend the time with you that it takes to make sure the space is functional.
One of the key reasons we have so many satisfied customer is due in part to our attention to the budget. If for whatever reason we can not make your dream sunroom match up to your budget then we will not build your room.
We know that you are going to use that sunroom for decades to come and if you have to lower your expectations to match your budget we know you will not be happy and in the end we want our customers to be happy.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The first step to your dream sun-space is the design consultation.
Our SunCo Sunspaces Designer will come to your home and spend as much time as needed with you to layout the size, configuration, and project details.
From that meeting you are presented with a detailed line by line budget so you know exactly what each option you have selected requires.
Once you are confident in the overall scope of the project your room design is submitted to our Production Designer.
We have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to ensure that our product, our business processes, and our manufacturing is cutting edge.
Your room is transfered into a 3D CAD modeling system that allows you and the Sales Designer to scrutinize even the finest detail before final approval to our manufacturing.
You can expect to be enjoying your new sun-space within 4 - 6 weeks of final approval.
