It's hard to imagine there's a better crew or company out there to build your custom sunroom & deck. From meeting Roger to help design our unique structure to Patrick & JP accepting the challenge & putting it all together to perfection. And of course Jane keeping us posted with every stage & coordinating the project with precision. To the whole crew at Backyard Paradise by SunCo a big Thank you. You are The BEST!

We went to check out the showroom outside the store, They are very nicely set up. The option gave us to browse at our own leisure. It was a good experience to be able to check out the different options. Hopefully we get to build our 3 season next summer 🌞.

We Started our journey with our sunroom last year! Planning with Roger was excellent! He listened and worked with my husband, and the completion was done the following spring! It has been the best decision we ever made, and it is our most favourite room in the house! We added air conditioning which traditionally does not happen, but for our location was necessary. The installers were professional and did a very great job! Can’t say enough about what a great company they were to work with! We will enjoy this for years to come! Thank you

All I can say is thank you for a job well done. When I ordered my sunroom last fall I'd stop by there at least twice a month to get different ideas. Such as, I switched from the white frame to the black frame, I was also going to install my own carpet in, going there as much as I did gave me the thought I would let Backyard Paradise install the carpet. A big thank to Roger, and Jane and of course a great building crew Dave and Brad.

What can I say? The addition of a sunroom had been on our minds for a few years. We had pondered on a few different options and, one day, we came across an advertisement from SunCo. That’s when we decided to take a drive to their offices where they had a few sunrooms on display. We were impressed with the workmanship and got in touch with them to get one of their sales reps to come and give us an estimate. Our first meeting with their sales rep was very fruitful. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with the product. We felt at ease and confident with SunCo’s ability to produce the perfect sunroom for us.
With the help of our SunCo team, we were able to figure out a perfect landing that transitions from the sunroom into the house. They were also very helpful in explaining the prep work that is involved before the actual addition starts (moving any hydro and electrical lines, getting permits, digging the piles, etc.) Once everything was in place, SunCo sent their team to erect the building. It was all up within a few days. The crew was very friendly and dedicated to their trade. The only issue that we have, which is completely out of SunCo’s realm, is that the winter elements along with the Windsor Park gumbo causes some windows to shift but this issue disappears once Spring arrives.
This addition to our home was the best renovation project that we’ve ever had done. We use it every day, from March to October. As soon as the Sun is capable of warming up this space, we’re in there. Sometimes we help the Sun out by throwing a small heater in there and its top notch! With our growing family, the sunroom is a perfect additional area for gatherings because there’s nothing better than enjoying a nature view while visiting with family and fiends. Weather permitting, our 7 granddaughters love to eat in the sunroom; independently from the adults. My husband has a side job which necessitates clients to drop off or pick up documents, and let me say, it is unbelievable as to how many people have commented on our sunroom. We have recommended SunCo over and over again. If anyone is contemplating on getting a sunroom, we would not hesitate to proceed with Backyard Paradise by SunCo.

Update: After posting this review, Roger, a company sales rep dropped in and gave us some very good recommendations on how to address the shifting issue. Great company! Thx.

Our 3 Season Sunroom is the best investment we ever made. They were able to install it while I was off work for 3 months due to surgery. I could have a relaxing recovery even thought it was March, snuggled up in blankets.
We use it as our living room and our view of the nature around us is our T.V.
It is our sanctuary where we can unwind at the end of the day and restore peace to our lives.
When our family is over and our young grandchildren come, we fill it with toys and joy is had by all!
We would highly recommend Backyard Paradise to everyone.
We absolutely love our sunroom!!

Our 3 seasonal sunroom was built in 2012.
We were very happy with the materials and workmanship, so we called them back in 2020 to build our replacement stairs and railing.

We use the sunroom 8 months out of the year. We eat, entertain, and relax in the sunroom. Our favourite is watching the humming birds that come to the plants right up to the door.

The sunroom is my favorite part of the house says our pet dove.

We love being outside without bugs bothering us.

We highly recommend the backyard Paradise by SunCo to build yours.

We had our sunroom built over 10 years ago and it is still like new! We’ve never had an issue with it from day 1 and even after all these years, the doors and windows open and close with ease and have no leaks. Just goes to show how well SunCo builds their sunrooms.

The professionalism and service we received was top notch.

With this addition to our house, it has added such a nice space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and have company over at night to enjoy a drink and snacks while being protected by the mosquitoes but still feeling like we are outside.

This was a great experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend SunCo for your sunroom needs.

We had our 3-season sunroom built in April-May of 2024. What a beautiful addition it has made to our home. Backyard Paradise by SunCo provided quality service and workmanship. The construction crew was flexible with our requests and knowledgeable about their product. They were determined to please and build a room to our liking including size & style. Additional decking and stairs met our standards. As well, our request for a shingled roof to match the existing roof on the house did not disappoint. The timing couldn’t have been better with the return of mosquitoes this summer. We are thrilled with this new addition and are looking forward to many years of relaxing and entertaining in this ideal “Backyard Paradise”. To the construction crew, thank you very much JP and Patrick. You were always pleasant and aimed to build the sunroom just right. Thank you Roger for providing us with detailed information prior to the build. Your professionalism did not go unnoticed. You have made this experience all worthwhile.
